Base coat your Board using the foam brush.  Start with the edges first then fill in the rest. If you would like to use these paints for a "stained" look, instead of using the foam brush to paint you can use a baby wipe or a damp paper towel to dip into the paint and smooth on your board.  This will let the wood grain show through.    Let dry completely, apply second coat if needed take an old credit card to rub down the front of the vinyl stencil to make sure the image will stick to...
